Your GP

Your GP is the best person to contact if you have any imminent concerns about your physical or mental health – if you are suffering from fainting spells, weakness, extreme fatigue, or suicidal thoughts and very low mood, please consider getting in touch with your GP.

NHS 111 or 999

If you believe there is immediate danger to life, NHS 111 can put you in touch with your local mental health crisis team, or 999 can send an ambulance.

The Samaritans are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, via phone call or email.
