Please note, Northern Aurora is not a crisis or 24 hour service. Business hours are between 10am-6pm Tuesday to Friday, and during those hours, I will endeavour to respond to any text, phone call or email as soon as I am able. 

The Samaritans Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on 116123. The NHS 111 service is also at hand if you believe you are at risk of harm and wish to speak to your local Crisis team.
